A heat pump unit provides individually controlled heating and cooling. Laundry facilities are located a few steps away at 1115 Wertland.
There is one reserved off-street parking space included in the rent.

A $125 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet, trash, water/sewer, and gas. Resident is responsible for electricity and cable (if desired).

A $450 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.
