Spring Sublet/Lease Takeover 

Hi! I'm a rising 3nd year undergrad at UVA, and am the lease holder for this property (627 Cabell Ave) for next year. I am looking to go abroad in the spring 2025 semester, so I am IDEALLY looking for a spring sublet to come and live in this appt from Jan 1 till June. The place will be fully furnished and will be entirely ready to come in and live in. It is a .2 mile walk to the corner, and its in a great neighborhood. There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 rooms. There is also a chill/study office as well. Let me know if you are interested or have any questions!
