1 bedroom available from mid June to early January. 3 great, cooperative roommates (helpful, willing to share, quiet and respectful, etc). Lovely well-lit living room with plants and an electric piano-keyboard. Unit is the largest layout of Jefferson Commons. Fully furnished space including the bedroom being sublet. Bedroom is spacious with a nice outdoor view and dark curtains. Bedroom includes full/double size bed, under-bed drawers, dresser, open closet, large desk and chair, and mirror. Kitchen has everything the renter will need including rice cooker, air fryer, other appliances and tools. Vintage bar cabinet! Quiet area of grounds / Charlottesville. Great location for the Engineering School (5 min walk to Engineer's Way). 15 minute walk to the Corner.

Any person that is 18 years old or older that is living in a University Apartments' apartment or house must be listed on the lease as a tenant or a subletter. It is a violation of the lease agreement to allow unauthorized occupants to live in your dwelling. All subletters must submit rental applications, pay the rental application fee, and be approved by the University Apartments' rental criteria. Tenants must pay a sublet fee and tenants and subletters must sign a sublet agreement with University Apartments in order for the sublet to be approved.
