[Roommate Wanted / Lease take over] 206 B Montebello Cir
2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom Townhouse (Entire Unit) — Available for move-in starting June 6th, lease term is till July 31st 2027. I am subleasing because I am returning to China. If only one person moves in initially, I am willing to cover half of the rent until a second roommate is found.
The property features a two-story layout:
- First Floor: Living room and kitchen. Fully equipped with appliances including a washer, dryer, microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. There is also a storage closet located under the staircase.
- Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each featuring its own storage closets. The bathroom is located on the second floor and offers a shower with excellent water pressure for a comfortable experience.
- Exterior: Two parking spaces are available outside dedicated to this the unit.
Highly Convenient Location:
- Approximately a 3-minute walk to Rice Hall.
- Within an 8-minute walk of the Engineering School, as well as the Physics and Chemistry departments.
- Situated on the inner side of JPA (Jefferson Park Avenue); bordered by trees/woods, resulting in minimal traffic noise and a very quiet living environment.
Rent + HOA Fees: $2,010 per month (Electricity and internet costs are paid separately). The existing furniture (55”TV with Yamaha speaker, sofa, tables, chairs, beds with very comfortable mattresses, printer etc.) is also remain as gift in the unit. All rooms underwent carpet cleaner cleaning this May.
