Wertland Street offers an ideal and convenient residential setting just two blocks from UVA’s Central Grounds, the Corner and the Medical Center.

All square footage and room measurements are approximate. All apartments are leased by the full apartment and not by the individual bedroom.

Our two-bedroom apartments have modern, open kitchens connected to expansive living rooms with large windows and plenty of space for social gatherings. Each bedroom is adjacent to a full-size bath.
Apt #410 features a porthole window in bedroom #2 instead of a full sized window.

Some units include one reserved, off-street parking space in the rent.

A $150 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet, water/sewer, and trash collection. Resident is responsible for electricity and cable (if desired).

A $600 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.
