Tenants are responsible for all utilities.

A $300 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.

Maximum occupancy for any one bedroom apartments is two residents.
