A $40 monthly utility is charged for year maintenance. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities.

A $1500 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $1,500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per unit.
