A $240 monthly utility fee covers fiber optic internet, water/sewer and trash removal.
Residents are responsible for electricity and gas.

A $900 nonrefundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date.
A $1000 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.

Maximum occupancy for any four bedroom apartment is eight residents.
