Entry to this 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment is via a gracious foyer. You will enjoy the generously sized living room and bedroom. Consistent with the historic nature of the house are hardwood floors, tall ceilings and large windows. An individually controlled heating/cooling system is included. Laundry facilities are located next door.
There is one reserved, off-street parking space included in the rent.

A $120 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet, water/sewer, gas and trash collection. Resident is responsible for electricity and cable (if desired).

A $450 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per unit.
