Located on the 1st floor of a historic home, this updated two bedroom apartment retains its old-world charm. It features spacious rooms, high ceilings, windows w/mini-blinds, hardwood floors and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Individually controlled gas heat and central air allow you to personally control your climate. The apartment also accesses both a front porch and a rear patio. Laundry facilities are located next door.
There is one reserved, off-street parking space included in the rent.

A $180 monthly utility fee will be charged for Internet, Trash, Water/Sewer, and Gas (Hot water & cooking)
Resident connects and is responsible for electricity, gas (heat), and cable (if desired).

A $600 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.
