Roommate Wanted

Hi everyone! I am looking for a 4th roommate to take over my lease for Jefferson Park Avenue 1819 Apartment 404 for the 2020-2021 school year. It is a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment. There is a bus-stop right across the street (Outer-loop) and another right next to the apartment (Inner-loop and trolley). It is also less than 10 minute walk to the E-School.

The apartment was renovated in May 2020 with both bathrooms having granite counter tops and the floors in the living and walking spaces being replaced with wood. The apartment also has its own washer and dryer for laundry, gigabyte WiFi, free parking, and a balcony. The lease has started already but you can be added on at any time!

If you have any questions please shoot me a private message on facebook (Cliff Lin) or email me at cl7cy@virginia.edu
